Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, you are reserving time with your stylist/technician and agreeing to the following policies: No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged a no-show fee equal to the service minimum booked. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to the service minimum booked. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged the late cancellation fee. Minimum Booking Commitment: All clients understand they are booking for a minimum service. Any add-ons requested during the appointment (such as nail art, special toners, or additional styling) will be performed as time allows and added to your final bill. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
