In 2021 Ashley won the CPFA amateur championship for her pole performance and went on to win the 2022 semi-pro championship. She strives to bring her passion to every class, encouraging students to push themselves and step out of their comfort zones.
When not in the salon or studio she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and their two children Brisynn and Brynn, as well as their extended family and friends.
Amy graduated from St. Lawrence College in 2010 and is continually updating her skills with education programs offered to stylists.
Along with her time working with clients at the salon, you can also find Amy travelling extensively to bring education and training to other stylists as the Regional Educational Trainer of Canada for L'ANZA Healing Haircare. Amy is also a member of their Texture Team, and specializes in curly hair colour and cuts.
One of Amy's favourite services is dramatic hair transformations! Who doesn't enjoy seeing those before and after pictures?
Outside of the salon Amy likes to read and travel, and is passionate about keeping music in our community. Catch her playing the French horn with the Brockville Concert Band.
Angie has been passionate about hair and make-up since her teen years, and practiced her skills on family and friends. She started doing bridal make-up in 1989!
She became a licensed stylist in 2011 and has honed her skills in many areas. She loves doing bridal and prom hair and make-up and is well practiced in men's cuts.
Her passion lies in bringing out a client's natural beauty and sharing her knowledge with them.
"I feel privileged to be providing these services to my clients."
Alex has recently joined the Mint team as an apprentice nail technician, working closely with Ashley. She has been doing her own nails as well as friends' nails for years and finally decided it was time to share that passion with people outside her inner circle.
Alex loves getting creative and doing freehand painting for her clients. Have an idea you want to try out? She's got you covered and is always up to the challenge of new trends and methods of doing nails.
Alex is super outgoing and loves getting to know her clients on a personal level. Outside of the salon she keeps busy with her husband, pets and is very close to her family.
